About this community

We are dealing with world of trauma and oppression: fascism, racism, white settler colonialism, transphobia, sexism, cis, heteropatriarchy, homophobia, neurotypical bias, fatphobia, Christian nationalism, Islamophobia, Anti-Palestinian racism, antisemitism, financial insecurity, etc. which often activates our fight, flight, freeze, and/or collapse stress response.  We can become better resourced, more skillful and accomplices in the revolution.

Where healing meets justice. Where liberation lives in the body.

You’re not here for check-the-box diversity work.
You’re here for something deeper. Something sacred.

The Antiracism Revolution is a trauma-informed, spiritually grounded membership space for those ready to unlearn white body supremacy/colonialism, disrupt interlocking systems of oppression, reimagine community, and embody antiracism as a lifelong practice.

Whether you’re a therapist, educator, yoga teacher, facilitator, or freedom-seeker, this community is for you if you’re ready to:

  • Move beyond guilt and into embodied accountability

  • Understand how racial trauma lives in the body—and how to heal it

  • Be in community with others who value both compassion and truth

  • Reconnect with your ancestors, intuition, and inner guide

  • Practice sustainable antiracism rooted in love, rest, and liberation

  • Build the 300 reps for muscle memory and 3000 reps for embodiment (ability to ask skillfully and in accordance with your values when under stress)

Words from current member:

"I really value how this space has helped me learn how to be more present in my body when discussing difficult, painful topics like racism. Prior to this group, I think I only allowed myself to engage with antiracism work in an intellectual way, which kept me safe and emphasized my reliance and internalization of white-centric, patriarchal values that prioritize one way of knowing over another. If I felt my emotions when discussing these topics before, I was quick to shut down/freeze; go inside myself with the overwhelm. I’m so grateful to be increasing my capacity to stay present and embodied when discussing difficult things. And being able to do all that in community is healing, and I think makes me a better antiracist co-conspirator. Thank you."- GF
